It appears that elements within the opposition National Democratic Congress are plotting the defeat of the party’s 2020 flagbearer, former President John Dramani Mahama, in this year’s general election, in order to advance an “Agenda 2024”.

Former President John Mahama has been asked to open himself up for a probe in respect of the Airbus bribery scandal.

Young supporters of the governing New Patriotic Party have been advised not to spend very much time on social media platforms, particularly WhatsApp, as they prepare for this year’s elections.

At the high court in Accra today the national chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, will be taken through major processes to determine his guilt or otherwise in a crucial criminal case.

OccupyGhana, a pressure group, is demanding the return of the 361 government vehicles sold to appointees of the erstwhile Mahama government at what it describes as “yɔɔ kɛ gari” prices.
