The decision by the NDC Minority in Parliament to petition the United States Ambassador to Ghana, Stephanie S Sullivan, and demand a formal investigation by the US government into the Power Distribution Services (PDS) debacle appears to be yet another sign of the hypocrisy of the party that nearly collapsed Ghana’s energy sector while in power.
