UCC gets New Vice-Chancellor and Registrar Featured

The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has appointed the current Provost of the College of Health and Allied Sciences, Professor Johnson Nyarko Boampong, as its new Vice-Chancellor.


The university, in a statement signed by John Kofi Anyan, its outgoing Registrar and Secretary of Council, said Jeff Teye Emmanuel Onyame, who is currently the Director of Academic Affairs, has also been appointed as the Registrar of the institution.
The two, according to the statement, were appointed at a Special Council Meeting held on Wednesday, June 17.
Both appointments take effect from August 1.
