President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo yesterday commissioned the 100-bed Ga-East district hospital, which is part of the “Ghana Hospital Project” initiated by the Government of Ghana, in 2008, and executed by EUROGET De-Invest S.A of Egypt.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has challenged policy makers, healthcare practitioners, as well as First Ladies of African countries, to help raise the awareness on the stigmatisation of females with infertility and ensure that the battle against it is won.

Documentation on the newly inaugurated Wa Regional Hospital does not support the claim by the National Democratic Congress that the project was initiated and executed while the party was in power.
